Return & Refund Policy – WOODORA LIVING

We want you to love your purchase from WOODORA LIVING. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be in original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging included.

• To initiate a return, please email us at info@woodora.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Please Note

• Sale items can be exchanged, but not refunded.

• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
